Sheri Trinchero Vice President

Sheri Trinchero has over 10 years experience providing clients with business and accounting consulting services. She has extensive experience in the valuations of businesses and intangible assets for companies in a variety of industries but has particular expertise in the life science and technology industries. Ms. Trinchero has completed multiple valuation analyses for goodwill impairment, financial reporting, and tax related purposes, such as ASC 805, 350, 718/505-50, and IRC Section 409A. Ms. Trinchero also has experience in forensic accounting and performs consulting services for marital dissolutions.
